Return Policy

All returns or discrepancies must be reported within three (3) days of arrival. If you are dissatisfied with a product, it may be returned in unused condition for a refund or store credit. Sometimes we will authorize a return over three (3) days old for store credit only. If the item is returned used or incomplete a minimum 20% restocking fee will be taken off of the credit amount. Explorers reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or incomplete to a point of non-usability. Items that are part of a special sale price or special ordered cannot be returned for credit. Ear plugs, wind/mouth instruments, books, videos, sticks, heads, clothing and drum wrap are all non-returnable. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All credits are for merchandise only and not freight cost to the customer. The return freight is paid by the customer and will not be credited. The actual shipping cost will not be returned to the customer on any returned items originally sold with free shipping. Any free items must be returned with the purchased item or they will be charged at the time of the refund.
