School and Government Purchase Orders & Bids All school and government orders are welcome and must be accompanied by a purchase order. Please provide shipping and billing addresses, telephone numbers, email and contact person's name when ordering. Faxed purchase orders are welcome, please provide all shipping/ billing info on the faxed order/ PO. Payment on PO's must be made within 30 days. Missouri schools, churches and offices, please include a copy of your state tax exemption letters. All bids are welcome mailed, emailed or faxed.
Damaged Shipments If your shipment arrives with visible damage please file a claim with UPS (800-742-5877) and Explorers Percussion within 48 hours. Explorers will then start the process for replacement of merchandise. Explorers will not replace any items until the UPS inspector has been notified.
Back Orders/ Drop Shipments Sometimes back orders do occur, meaning one item could hold up your entire order. In an effort to serve you best, partial orders can be shipped for an additional charge. All backorders will be shipped UPS Ground Service. If an item has been discontinued, you will be given substitution options of equal value. Some orders will be "drop shipped" directly from the manufacturer in an effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Returns All returns or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of arrival. If you are dissatisfied with a product, it may be returned in unused condition for credit of equal value. If item is returned used or incomplete a 20% restocking fee will be taken off of the credit amount. Explorers reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or incomplete to a point of non-usability. Items that are part of a special sale price or special ordered cannot be returned for credit. Books, videos, sticks, heads and clothing are all non-returnable. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All credits are for merchandise only and not freight cost to the customer. The return freight is paid by the customer and will not be credited.
