Shipping Policies

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours via UPS Ground service or USPS for some smaller items. UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air & UPS Next Day Air service are also available for in stock items. Air freights leave 24 hours after the order is placed. UPS deliveries cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box address.

International Orders:

No international orders will be shipped without first contacting info@explorersdrums.com. This is for your safety as we verify all addresses and wish to provide you with an accurate shipping quote and the best service possible. The website will not provide an accurate shipping price for international orders. 99% of international shipments will ship via USPS. Also, we as a business cannot falsify the cost of an imported item to get around duties and taxes. Sorry!

Back Orders/ Drop Shipments

Sometimes back orders do occur, meaning one item could hold up your entire order. In an effort to serve you best, partial orders will sometimes be shipped. In rare cases there can be an additional shipping charge if this service is requested as the item will come in it's own box. If an item has been discontinued you will be given the option of substituting to an item of equal value or refunded. Some orders will be "drop shipped" directly from the manufacturer in an effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives with visible damage please file a claim with UPS (800-742-5877) and Explorers Percussion within 48 hours. Explorers will then start the process for replacement of merchandise. Explorers will not replace any items until the UPS inspector has been notified. UPS has very strict policies on this matter and time is of the essence, so please contact them first.
